We install it the right way: excavate 150 mm of soil, compact a road-base layer, add a fine sand bed for a softer feel, then lay the turf, glue the joints, pin the edges and brush in Sydney sand to weigh it down and give the blades body. Once it is hosed and broomed in, the lawn is ready to use. It is ideal for busy households, pool surrounds, play areas and anyone who wants a neat lawn with minimal upkeep.
